Pay: $105 hourly

Location: Cowlitz Indian Tribal Health Clinic - 1044 11th Ave, Longview, WA 98632

Licensure: Any State License Accepted

Census: 10-12 patients/day

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

Credentialing: 2-4 weeks after acceptance

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 6 months - 12 months

Site preferences, however not required..

• Fast learner and confident: We need someone who can quickly adapt to new situations, especially when they’re the only provider on shift.
• Comfortable being the sole provider: For example, we had two providers scheduled this week, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we only had one. This provider needs to be highly confident in handling any emergency situations that arise, such as difficulty breathing or chest pains, and will need to stabilize patients while awaiting an ambulance.
• Familiarity with RPMS: Since we’re short-staffed, there will be limited opportunities for job shadowing or individualized training. A candidate who is already familiar with RPMS would be ideal so they can hit the ground running.
• Experience with AI/AN populations: Previous experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities is highly desirable
