Pay Rate: $6400 weekly / $160.00 hourly + onsite lodging (provider is responsible for car rental)

Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician 

Must have a current license to practice medicine in any state (AZ license is preferred)

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p (1 hour lunch)

Patients Per Day: Approximately 15 to 17

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Staff Outpatient clinic specifically for Walk In/Urgent care type patients

Provider will see all age groups and preferably have women’s health experience

Offer his/her services, based on training, expertise, and interest, to other staff physicians when requested or indicated, serving as a consultant.

Refer patients to other staff physicians, for consultation or transfer, based on training, expertise, interest, and continuity of care.

Call upon available appropriate medical staff consultation capabilities before contacting outside consultations, unless emergency precludes the matter.

Assume responsibility for individual patient education.

Attend medical staff meetings, morning report, etc.

Accept individual areas of clinical responsibility as recommended by Medical Staff with final approval of Medical Director.

Accept and carry out medical staff committee assignments.

Participate in and attend in-service and educational programs seeking to improve and/or learn job related skills.

Perform other duties not detailed in this job description.
