Shift Notes: Monday - Friday: 8:30a - 5p, 8 hr shifts: 40 hrs/week

Submission Requirements

• Current Respiratory Therapy experience; 2 years min.
• Home Health experience a plus!
• DME (durable medical equipment experience -- strongly desired
• IA RCP license

• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
• License verification (IA RCP license must be active)
• Copy of all certificates
• References - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)
