Submission Requirements
- Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission
- 24 months minimum of current Rad Tech experience - REQUIRED
- Experience with the Open Heart Surgery and Siemens Artis Zeego system - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No License Hits - REQUIRED
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
