Compensation: $2,726 weekly ($37 hourly + $1,246 weekly per diem)

Schedule Options:

7 days on, 7 days off

4 days with 10-hour shifts

5 days with 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

The provider will be required to take call duties.

Cross-training will be an essential part of this role.
