Provider Profession Needed: NP/PA

Length of Assignment: 3-month assignment

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 PM (4-10’s not available)

Patient Volume: 10-16 patients/day, MUST be comfortable seeing all ages, including infants. Each patient gets a 30-minute minimum per appointment, sometimes up to 60-minutes, they are very patient-focused

Procedures: Comfortable treating hypertension, diabetes management, and chronic care

EMR: RPMS (need to have experience)

Licensure Needed: Active and clean WA license preferred due to insurance enrollment, or potentially getting a WA license if they have a compact RN license

Certifications Needed: DEA and BLS

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: IHS experience, comfortable working in a rural community and
