Siletz Community Health Clinic – Siletz, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (option for 4x10s)
Assignment Length: 3–6 months (possible extension)
Overview:
Siletz Community Health Clinic is seeking a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in a rural Tribal community setting. You will work alongside strong clinical support staff and benefit from advanced documentation tools that improve workflow and charting efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient primary care for all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute & chronic conditions
- Perform joint injections and incision & drainage (I&D) procedures
- Order and interpret labs/diagnostics
- Document clinical encounters using NextGen EHR
- Collaborate with onsite team and provide patient-centered care
Support Staff:
- 1 Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2 Medical Assistants (MAs)
- Onsite NextGen trainers and documentation support staff
- Clinic uses AI ambient documentation software to significantly enhance charting efficiency
Requirements:
- Oregon NP license & national certification
- DEA (or eligible)
- Primary care experience preferred
- BLS required
- Comfortable with joint injections and I&D procedures (Preferred)
Compensation:
- $85/hour + T/L
- 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri or 4x10 option
