Description:

The Crownpoint Healthcare Facility is a small rural hospital with an Emergency Department, Emergency Department Fast Track, Inpatient Unit, and numerous ambulatory care clinics. The Inpatient Unit has an average of 6-8 patients daily with a typical maximum of 10 patients. There is no Intensive Care Unit or surgical capabilities including no respiratory therapy and no anesthesia services.

· Must see all ages

· Working inpatient and when slow working in Fast Track (ER)

· Patient encounters consist of splinting and sprained ankles

· All trauma is sent to Gallup NM or Albuquerque NM

Volume: Low volume seeing 3 to 4 patients a day and

Admissions: 2 to 3

Beds: 6

Hours: 7:30am to 8:00am with 30-minute lunch break (12 hour shifts)

Schedule: 7on/off preferred but will accepted as few as 5 per month.

Licensure: Any State License

Hourly Rate: $215.00 + Flight, Lodging and car rental

Flight: $800 Max reimbursement round trip 

Car Rental: $60.00 per day max amount 

Housing: Onsite housing – paid by Four Winds
