13 week assignments w/$15K completion bonus. 

Pay Rate: $30/hr + a weekly untaxed $1246 per diem. Plus $15,000 completion bonus (13 week)

Weekly Package: $3479 / week (Completion bonus factored in with hourly, per diem and completion bonus.)

• Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.

Submission Requirements

• Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission
• 24 months minimum of current Cardiology Interventional Technologist experience - REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
• No License Hits - REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
